I discovered something interesting (and cute!) today. Cats can learn to play fetch - at least, mine can.
One of Roo's favorite toys is a little rubber bouncy ball (which she likes to bounce around the tub). She loves to chase it and bat it. This morning I picked it up and threw it for her. She seemed to think that I could make the ball do more interesting things than she could, and that it was more fun to have me throw it than for her to just bat it around. So after I threw the ball, Roo would chase it, catch it, pick it up in her mouth and drop it near me, so I could easily pick it up and throw it again. She won't drop it right into my hand, though...
