Windows (not the operating system)

It took more than an hour, a lot of frustration and some creativity, but I have now insulated the windows in my room with a kit that consists of plastic and double-sided tape. I had to use broad Scotch tape, too, to hold down some of the corners. And the plastic sheets were not long enough for my windows, so I had to cut off some of the excess from the side and tape it to the bottom. The result isn't pretty, but it keeps the drafts out surprisingly well. Tomorrow I think I'll do the same to the kitchen windows.
