Not a Good Start

miss_ytToday started out badly. I forgot I had two appointments at the Career Office this morning, although no great disaster came out of my missing them. I have a lot of people I have to call about various things. I hate talking on the phone, for some reason. Probably because I've found face-to-face interaction difficult enough for most of my life and not being able to see people when I'm talking to them doesn't help. Although I communicate fine in writing, as many of you know.
On the good side, I have an idea for an original story and I've started writing it. I can submit it to the campus literary magazine. It's very different from my last story, and is only a little funny (not very funny, like "Without Santa").
