In other news, got more of my fanfic done. I'm also doing well with my exercise program - I used to get my heart rate up to 27 beats per ten seconds (which is how we measure it, at little breaks in the training circuit), but now for the same amount of effort I get up to 23 or 24, which means my heart and muscles have gotten stronger. I've also lost a bit of weight, which is always a good thing.

There's a pizza party for the Decatur House interns tomorrow. I just hope Sarah will be better, because she's sick right now. That means I can't get much done today. Maybe I can find her home address and send her a get-well card.

Brought some tea and Splenda with me today. It would be nice to drink tea at work. I think I'll go make some.
