The bad news - I have a cold. The good news - it's not allergies, so I won't have a sore throat and sniffles for a couple of months every year. I'll just suffer a bit right now.

I went to bed early last night. This morning my head was stuffy and my throat hurt. I decided to stay home and rest. I drank lots of tea and felt better in the afternoon, so I went for my circuit training exercises, which actually made me feel better. My throat's still scratchy and my nose alternates between being stuffed and too dry, but this still isn't a very serious cold.

I've found that if I take it easy for at least one day while I have a cold, I tend to recover more quickly. I'll be going back to work tomorrow.

Benjamin seems to really like Babylon 5, although he can't get all the characters straight (even though we're in the second season). We're sort of bonding by watching the show together.

Marjorie wrote me a letter and I've finally typed and printed the reply. I'm going to send it tomorrow. I really should call Paige and maybe Martine soon, to keep in touch.
