Am I unlucky or just dumb?

I seem to be having a rash of bad luck lately. The S key on my computer broke (although I've managed to find a quick fix for that), my face broke (out), though it's better now, and I have misplaced my college ring yet again. This time, though, I'm certain that I didn't misplace it outside the apartment building - I think I put it in my jeans pocket and it fell out somewhere. I have put up a sign on the downstairs front door to ask people to be on the lookout for it. But I'm angry at myself because it's not the first time, and I really should have been more careful.

In other news, I have gotten about 11 squares of my grandmother's afghan done. They are all 6 inches across and my plan is to stitch together 36 squares. They have to all be done by late April, preferrably the stitching-together part too. So I guess I'm on the right track. I'll be sure to take a picture when I'm done.
