Try booting in Safe Mode (hold down F8 while the computer's starting) and running the spyware finder again. Also, there's a new version of SpyBot out at www.safer-networking.org. Make sure you're using version 1.3, and not 1.2 because the new version finds and fixes many thousands more bits of spyware.
Failing that...it may be reformat-time. Hope it doesn't get to that stage, but if it does, starting next week I'll be in the area. Good luck!
