Kitten Update

miss_ytOkay - the kitten is a boy (thanks to ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
alashiya for telling me how to sex a kitten) and I have named him Roo. He will drink formula but won't eat kitten food. Fortunately he is not averse to lapping up the formula from a dish, which means I may not have to bottle-feed him every time he's hungry, although I have been bottle-feeding him too. I figured out I have to feed him every four hours. As my dad said, I'm going to learn the joy of having a newborn in the house. :P
Roo's eye problem seems to be nothing more than pinkeye. I got most of the crust off, so he doesn't look like his left eye was gouged out or something (which is what I thought when I first saw him).
I have taken some pictures of Roo which I plan to post later. There isn't really anything in the pictures that one can use for size comparisons, but I can tell you that he is so small that I can easily scoop him up in one hand. So kyoooooot!
