For all of you who may be wondering, this is why I've stopped eating meat from factory-farmed animals. cinnabunny talked about this same issue - at facilities belonging to the same company - a few months earlier.

I usually just say I've got certain restrictions with regard to meats and I don't say why, because I know I hate it when other people try to push their views on me and I know it's not an effective way to convince someone. But I ask you to think about this.

True, if you do what I do, it means you eat meat far less often. But I can tell you I don't actually miss it much.
