Three Cheers!
Apr. 29th, 2005 04:33 pmI got my thesis turned in. There was a bit of a complication because I put the thesis copy for my second reader in what I THOUGHT was his mailbox. I ended up having to retrieve it and bring it to his house after he sent me a slightly irritated e-mail, but it's all done now.
I also bought Diablo II. This is the third time in several years that I have done so - but I've lost or scratched up disks from the previous two sets. And since this game was old, it was relatively cheap. I hope to get the expansion some time soon.
Oh, and I saw something on the alumni listserve. It's about Beth Stroud, whose case I've sort of been following for the past few months (it's kind of a big issue on this campus). She's been reinstated as a minister, which makes me feel optimistic. I'm glad SOMEONE is showing that you can combine religion and liberalism, because there are so many people, both religious and not, who seem to think the two are mutually exclusive.
My friend Rachel is coming over this evening. There's also an anthro party going on that I have to attend...be back later...
