I always wonder about this one. I put white, because none of the other listed options ever seem better. And because, for minority info calcuation purposes, that's what I count as. Of course, I'm the girl in a field where there are both "overrepresented" and "underrepresented" minorities, whatever all that means. One thing that is problematic is that some of the categories describe continent of origin (Asian) while others merely ask for skin tone. . . Someone asked me what I "was" today and I said "Eastern Euorpean Jewish Pesant extraction." Pity one can't put that on the forms. . . .

I do put "other" on sexual orientation boxes, though. Even Mazzoni doesn't list mine.
