Yaaaay!

Fortunately, in spite of the Red Alert threat level, knitting needles are still allowed in carry-on luggage. I checked. This is good because I'm going to California soon and four hours without knitting will send me into withdrawal.

Oh, I also found the latest version of fractint, an old but vey entertaining program that generates and displays fractals. My personal favorite is the Ifs fern. Of course the famous Mandelbrot is here too.

You can't fly on trans-Atlantic flights with knitting needles or water or hair gel or most kinds of hairspray.
You are allowed both water and hairspray in the US. (But still not hairspray.)
