Looking up

Things are going much better now. My laptop is working again, and the new fan is quieter than the old one. I went to a knitting circle at Rosie's, got help starting a project in the round, and also got some nice pink yarn that wil make a lovely hat or striped scarf. Someday I should get yellow and white yarn (the Bryn Mawr colors) and make BMC projects.

Some of my friends have also moved back to Bryn Mawr for, you know, school and everything, so I'm going to visit them tomorrow. My friend Liz will be glad to see that I've taken up knitting, and she promised to introduce me to her brother, who's going to Penn this year. And Daniel is visiting on Friday! I'm also planning to go home for Labor Day weekend, so I can stay with Benjamin while Mom and Dad are taking Daniel to college. So now I have lots of stuff to do.

I'm also going to look on a Yahoo group I heard about for local White Wolf or D&D games. Though I'll have to make sure that they don't conflict with my old group when it starts up again.

Well, I MUD - on the Discworld MUD. I've tried a couple others but it's always the one I've stuck with. What's your MUX of choice?

Don't think I answered this the other day.

I play on World of Darkness MUSHes. Right now, that's Masquerade MUSH. I'm also putting in an app for Fallen Leaves. I mostly play Changeling, although I play Psychics, Mages, and Vampires from time to time.

Question: Did you see the uh, reply I made on colorwhirl's LiveJournal a few days ago before she deleted/hid the erm, roommate thread? Just curious if you'd seen my reply or not. (Dunno if you got it in your mailbox or not.)

I have a policy of only being on one MUX because otherwise I'd waste too much time, but I really love Mage and now I'm thinking of going on that MUD...darn you! :)
