Philadelphia is overwhelmingly democratic, so we aren't focusing on "converting" voters, just mobilizing registered Dems and also registering new people in the neighborhood. If we get enough people to the congressional election we can kick out Santorum, although Casey really isn't much better. At least he's not Bush's crony.
