This icon totally wins the internet.
In other news, I have a doctor's appointment with my primary care physician tomorrow. Apparently he can perscribe my Concerta if I'm stable and that's all I need - I just have to get him a letter from the psychiatrist who gave me the medicine saying that I need it. Maybe he'll do it if I just bring him my old pill bottle. The issue, of course, is that I'm still on my no-pill experiment, and I'm already thinking that I can do fine without it. So should I get more tomorrow? I guess I should, because at least then if I want to start taking the stuff again I'll have some in reserve. And it will shut my mother up. I'm not ready to tell her about my no-pill experiment.
I was also hoping to visit a gynecologist now that I have my medical insurance, but the one recommended to me is at Penn, and of course with the SEPTA strike I'd have a hard time getting there. I am already anticipating some major expenses this month as it is (my other doctor visit, and Roo's trip to the vet), and I don't want to deal with cab fare. Word is that negotiations are back on, so maybe the strike will end soon. We can only hope.
Good news: I got a bunch of Beatles songs for my iPod over the weekend, which makes me happy. I grew up listening to them since my mom was a big fan. And I felt ever so nostalgic when "Octopus's Garden" came up. That used to be my favorite song!
