Parents' Visiting Week
Yesterday had a very enjoyable dinner with my friend ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
nightengalesknd. I think of her as a college friend, although she graduated years before I did, because she attended High Table (a Sunday brunch club of sorts) while I was an undergrad. She's still in Philly because she's attending med school at Jefferson here (and somehow not losing her sanity in the process).
This week is going to be kind of stressful.colorwhirl's mother is visiting, and my parents are visiting this weekend. I don't mind having Dad over, but my mother...well, is my mother.
On the bright side, I got a bike from Craig's List that Dad is going to help me put a rear rack on, I'm getting better at knitting, and I'm learning to use Juno at work.
