A Weekend Well-spent
First, I got the bank thing wrong. I ended up paying 60 dollars in overdraft fees because I had two dollars less in my account than I thought I had. Mom's put money in the account and I didn't get yelled at much, but God, that was embarassing.
Otherwise, things have been going well. I spent most of the weekend with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
scifantasy. It may be a tough year with my thesis and all, but I can always look forward to visiting him on Saturdays (or Sundays, depending). That should keep me from going totally bonkers. Well, actually, I am totally bonkers. I mean it will keep me from going bonkers in a bad way.
It's good to have someone who is by his own admission incapable of criticizing me (mostly, anyway) - even more so after spending a summer around my mother.
I'd better go to bed at a decent hour. Classes tomorrow.
